How to use stretch wrap film?

After the customer purchases the stretched film, sometimes damage occurs when it is used, which is mainly caused by improper packaging. The following is a brief introduction to the preservation of stretched film manufacturers and how to ensure the safety of products.

1. Manual packaging. This type of packaging is the simplest of stretch film packaging. The stretch film is mounted on a rack or held by hand, and is rotated by the tray or the stretch film is rotated around the tray. It is mainly used for repacking the damaged pallets and ordinary pallet packaging. This packaging speed is slow, and the suitable thickness of the stretched film is 15-20 μm.

2. Sealed packaging. This kind of packaging is similar to shrink film packaging. The film wraps the tray completely around the tray, and then two hot grippers heat seal the stretched film at both ends together. This is the earliest form of use of stretch film, and as a result more packaging forms have been developed

3. Full width packaging. This kind of packaging requires the stretch film to be wide enough to cover the tray, and the shape of the tray is regular, so it is suitable for use with a stretch film thickness of 17 to 35 μm.
